BMW 840d G14/G15/G16 Minor Service Kit
Order the oil-service consumables for a UK/EU 840d xDrive G14, G15 or G16 with the B57, including matching 48V mild-hybrid applications. Seven one-litre bottles of Motul LL-04 5W-30 are supplied with the Genuine BMW oil filter and new sump plug.

UK/EU B57 840d xDrive, including the 48V mild-hybrid engine where the listed service references match the VIN. Uses BMW LL-04 approved Motul X-clean EFE 5W-30.
Choose the parts fitted to your car
7 × 1L bottles supplied. BMW oil-change fill is 6.5 L on the earlier engine and 7.0 L from the November 2020 mild-hybrid update. The major option is only for the original replaceable fuel-cartridge housing using 13328591019; the later integrated heated assembly 13329886040 is excluded. Diesel major kits contain a fuel filter, no spark plugs.

Before installation
Oil quantities above are sealed retail supply quantities. Fill according to the VIN-specific BMW service procedure and electronic oil measurement; retain any surplus for top-ups. Select the oil only where the vehicle handbook permits the named BMW approval and viscosity. Follow Condition Based Service and the individual jobs due. Labour, service reset, brake fluid, coolant, gearbox/differential service and wipers are separate.

Service-kit questions
Does this minor kit include the diesel fuel filter?
No. This is the oil-service package. The linked major kit adds air, cabin and fuel filters only for the original 13328591019 replaceable-cartridge housing. Later integrated heated assembly 13329886040 is excluded from that major option; confirm the fitted housing first.
Should I use every litre of oil supplied?
No. The bottle quantities describe what you receive. Use the current BMW procedure and the VIN-specific oil requirement to refill and check the level; retain any surplus. The listed parts do not include labour or the other service jobs identified above.
