VW Golf Mk7 / Mk7.5 R EA888 Gen 3 Minor Service Kit
This Golf R kit pairs the EA888 Gen 3 oil-filter and plastic-sump hardware with the listed VW 504 00 oil package. Keep the Mk7/Mk7.5 selection separate from the EA113 Mk6 R and metal-sump Mk8 R kits. The minor package contains the listed engine oil, oil filter and drain hardware.
Included in the kit
- 6 litres of Motul 8100 X-clean+ 5W-30, supplied as 6 × 1L bottles. VW 504 00 / 507 00 approval.
- 1 × Genuine VAG oil filter 06L 115 562 B with its supplied sealing ring.
- 1 × Genuine VAG plastic sump drain plug and seal 06L103801.
Vehicle fitment
Volkswagen Golf Mk7 and Mk7.5 R with a compatible EA888 Gen 3 engine, original plastic sump and a VW 504 00 oil requirement. Match all part references, engine code, oil approval and fitted sump by VIN before ordering.
Excluded applications: Not a universal Golf or Audi kit. Not for EA113, EA888 Gen 1/2/4, diesel, RS3, cars requiring VW 508 00 0W-20, or a different sump/drain plug. Modified engines may require tuner-specified spark plugs.
Minor service contents
Engine air filter, cabin filter and spark plugs are not included; choose the corresponding major kit for those parts. Brake fluid, DSG/Haldex service, coolant, belts and labour are separate.
The 6L package is a supply quantity, not an instruction to pour in all six litres. Fill and level-check using the current procedure for your engine. Please provide your registration or 17-character VIN for a compatibility check before dispatch.

How do I confirm this kit fits my car?
Match EA888 Gen 3, the original plastic sump and the handbook VW 504 00 oil requirement. The shared Golf R name does not make Mk6 or Mk8 parts interchangeable. Supply your registration or full 17-character VIN for the compatibility check.
What is the difference between the minor and major kit?
This minor package contains the listed oil-service parts. The matching major kit adds the listed engine air filter, cabin filter and spark plugs.
Should I use all the supplied oil?
The 6L package is the supplied quantity, including reserve where applicable, not a refill instruction. Use the current vehicle-specific filling and level-check procedure, and match the stated oil approval and viscosity.
