Tier benefits and conditions
Benefits build on the previous tier. Pro receives a one-off £25 welcome voucher on £200 or more of eligible products when first reaching £1,500 qualifying spend. No Laps required. Pro’s 10% birthday benefit applies to one eligible gift. Champion receives a one-off £50 voucher on £500 or more of eligible products and an annual £20 birthday voucher on a £200 order, replacing the Pro birthday discount. These VIP vouchers do not cost Laps. Each voucher is single use and cannot be combined with another discount. The Champion gift pack is a one-off reward when you first reach Champion; oil-filter compatibility, T-shirt size and availability must be confirmed. How do I join and see my progress?
Sign in with your Nineteen72 customer account, or create one, and use the same email address at checkout. Open your rewards profile to see your balance, activities, available rewards and personal referral link. Earlier orders are not automatically awarded Laps just because you sign in.
How do I earn Laps?

What benefits are available at each tier?
Rookie is free from £0 and includes My Garage and Laps rewards. Contender unlocks at £500 with early sale and competition access. Pro unlocks at £1,500 with a one-off £25 welcome voucher on £200 or more of eligible products, early product access, event invitations and 10% off a birthday gift. The Pro welcome voucher requires no Laps and is single use; it cannot be combined with other discounts or Laps rewards. Champion unlocks at £3,000 with a one-off £50 voucher on £500 or more of eligible products, an annual £20 birthday voucher on a £200 order, a one-off gift pack of a genuine parts oil filter, sunstrip, stickers, air freshener and T-shirt, and exclusive offers. Higher tiers retain the previous tier benefits, with the Champion birthday voucher replacing the Pro birthday discount. VIP vouchers do not cost Laps; each is single use and cannot be combined with another discount. Codes are emailed when issued. Every tier earns 1 Lap per whole £1 of eligible product spend. Do membership tiers ever reset?
No annual spending reset applies. Qualifying spend accumulates towards Rookie £0, Contender £500, Pro £1,500 and Champion £3,000. Redeeming Laps does not reduce qualification. Refunds and corrections can change recorded qualifying spend under the terms.
How do available Laps and qualifying spend affect my circuit?
Available Laps set the length of the completed line. Qualifying spend unlocks your tier and colours the whole completed line. Zero available Laps retains the starting section to Rookie. Between the 500, 1,500 and 3,000 Lap checkpoints, the line extends in proportion to your available Laps. For example, £1,500 qualifying spend and 1,500 available Laps gives you a silver line to Pro. After redeeming 1,000 Laps, the line retracts to the 500 Lap checkpoint but stays silver, and Pro stays unlocked. Redemption does not reduce qualifying spend. Refunds and programme rules can separately affect the recorded values.
Can bonus Laps unlock a higher membership tier?
No. Newsletter, birthday, review and referral bonuses add to your redeemable Laps balance, not your qualifying spend. Contender unlocks at £500, Pro at £1,500 and Champion at £3,000 in lifetime qualifying spend. A bonus can extend the circuit line past a marker without unlocking that tier. Your tier and line colour follow qualifying spend.
How can I spend my Laps?

Returns and refunds remove the Laps earned on the refunded items. For a partial refund, the related Laps are removed proportionally. Pending purchase Laps are cancelled. When an order is fully refunded, including delivery, Appstle restores the Laps spent on its reward and disables the used code.
How often can I earn activity bonuses?
Birthday: 100 Laps each year. Newsletter: 50 Laps once. Instagram and Facebook visits: 10 Laps once per activity, started through your rewards profile. Product review: 50 Laps through an eligible review invitation. First-order bonuses depend on the eligibility shown in your profile. Referral: 500 Laps after your friend opens your personal referral link and places a qualifying order of £100 or more; your friend then receives a £5 voucher for a future order. Public Google, Facebook and Trustpilot reviews do not earn Laps.
Do my Laps or membership expire?
Laps do not have a scheduled expiry and qualifying spend has no annual reset. Available Laps and lifetime qualifying spend are separate. Refunds and invalid transactions can alter balances and tier eligibility. Each issued reward code has its own conditions.
How do I add my birthday?
Sign in and open the birthday activity in your rewards profile. Save your day and month there for the annual 100 Lap birthday bonus. Your profile also shows any additional birthday reward available to your tier and its conditions.
What are milestone vouchers?
Milestone vouchers are separate tier benefits and do not cost Laps. First reaching Pro at £1,500 qualifying spend unlocks a one-off £25 voucher on £200 or more of eligible products. First reaching Champion at £3,000 unlocks a separate one-off £50 voucher on £500 or more of eligible products. Each voucher is single use and cannot be combined with other discounts or Laps rewards.
