Nineteen72 Laps is our loyalty programme. Earn Laps through eligible purchases and activities, then spend them on rewards for future orders. Every Lap Counts.

Sign in before ordering. Collect 1 Lap for every whole £1 of eligible product spend, including VAT. Delivery, gift cards, sale-priced or discounted items and trade purchases are excluded. Purchase Laps become available 30 days after payment. Start other earning activities through your rewards profile and check their conditions.

Sign in, open Spend Laps and choose an available reward. Redeem your available Laps, copy your unique code and enter it at checkout using the same customer account. 500 Laps = £5 off a £100 order; 1,000 Laps = £10 off a £200 order; 2,500 Laps = £25 off a £500 order; 5,000 Laps = £50 off a £1,000 order. Minimum order values exclude delivery. Use one reward per order. Codes are single-use and cannot be combined with other discounts. Spending Laps does not reduce qualifying lifetime spend.

Check each activity in your rewards profile for eligibility and limits. Birthday Laps are available once each year. Newsletter and social-page visit activities are normally one-time activities and must be started through Appstle. Check your profile for any available first-order bonus. Public Google, Facebook and Trustpilot reviews do not currently award Laps.

Purchase Laps become available 30 days after payment. Refunded items have their earned Laps removed. Reward cancellations and eligible refunds can restore spent Laps according to Appstle rules; check your Lap history and contact us if an adjustment is missing. Redeeming Laps reduces your available balance, not your qualifying lifetime spend.

"},{"title":"Do my Laps expire?","content":"Your Laps do not expire under the current programme settings. Check Your Laps and Lap history for your available balance and recent activity."},{"title":"What are the membership tiers?","content":"Lifetime qualifying spend unlocks Rookie at £0, Contender at £500, Pro at £1,500 and Champion at £3,000. Rookie includes free My Garage, standard rewards and a personal referral link. Contender unlocks a one-time £5 milestone voucher on £100 of eligible merchandise; Pro a one-time £15 voucher on £200; Champion a one-time £50 voucher on £400. Pro also has an annual £10 birthday voucher on a £200 order; Champion an annual £20 birthday voucher on a £400 order. Save your birthday in your rewards profile. Milestone and birthday vouchers are separate from spending Laps, single-use and cannot be combined with other discounts. Your account must have been issued the voucher before it can be used. Earning remains 1 Lap per £1 at every tier."},{"title":"How do I share my referral link?","content":"Sign in and open Refer a friend. Copy your personal referral link directly from the Nineteen72 Laps page or your Appstle rewards profile, then share it with a friend. They must use your link before placing their qualifying order of £100 or more. After that purchase, you earn 500 Laps and they receive a £5 voucher for a future order. Do not use another customer’s referral link."}]
