BMW 840i G14/G15/G16 Minor service kit – B58 Motul 0W-20
Choose the oil-service package for the listed UK/EU 840i and 840i xDrive G14/G15/G16 B58C applications. It uses Motul Eco-Clean 0W-20 with BMW LL-17 FE+ approval and the original factory service references; M850i, M8 and diesel 840d applications use different scoped packages.

UK/EU 840i and 840i xDrive with B58C engine, original oil-filter housing and airbox. This option uses BMW LL-17 FE+ approved Motul Eco-Clean 0W-20.

7 × 1L bottles supplied; BMW publishes a 6.5 L oil-change quantity. The major kit adds one engine air filter, one complete activated-carbon cabin filter set and six spark plugs.

Before installation
Oil quantities above are sealed retail supply quantities. Fill according to the VIN-specific BMW service procedure and electronic oil measurement; retain any surplus for top-ups. Select the oil only where the vehicle handbook permits the named BMW approval and viscosity. Follow Condition Based Service and the individual jobs due. Labour, service reset, brake fluid, coolant, gearbox/differential service and wipers are separate.

Can I substitute any 0W-20 oil in this package?
Match both BMW LL-17 FE+ approval and the stated viscosity to the vehicle handbook. The oil option shown here is not a universal approval for every 8 Series engine or market.
What does this minor service package leave out?
The minor package supplies the engine oil, oil-filter set and drain hardware listed above. Spark plugs, engine air filters and cabin filters are separate service parts; check the exact contents and application on the related major listing.
