BMW S55 Major Service Kit – Early F80/F82/F83 Magnesium Sump
A service-parts bundle for early S55 M3/M4 cars fitted with the magnesium oil sump.
Included in the kit
- 7 litres of Motul 8100 X-Clean EFE 5W-30: 1 × 5L and 2 × 1L.
- 1 × Genuine BMW oil-filter kit 11427854445, with the supplied filter seals.
- 1 × Genuine BMW M16 aluminium drain plug with gasket ring 11117849396 for the magnesium sump.
- 1 × Genuine BMW cabin microfilter 64119237555.
- 6 × Genuine BMW spark plugs 12120039634.
- 1 × Genuine BMW engine air-filter pair 13727843284 and 13727843283.
Vehicle fitment
BMW F80 M3 and F82/F83 M4 with a magnesium sump and M16 drain plug. The factory parts change occurred around September 2014; confirm the actual fitted sump and VIN. Not for aluminium sumps or the F87 M2 Competition. Do not interchange the M12 and M16 drain plugs.
Supply your registration or full 17-character VIN for a compatibility check before dispatch. Oil supplied is the package quantity; refill and check the final oil level using the current BMW procedure for the vehicle. Parts may have BMW supersessions.
