Description
Powerflex PF5K-1003 suspension bush handling pack for BMW E46 3 Series excluding M3 and Xi all-wheel-drive models. A complete Road Series solution to refresh worn front wishbone, trailing arm and rear subframe mounts without having to select each bush separately.
Included Powerflex bushes
- PFF5-4601 front wishbone rear bush set.
- PFR5-3608 rear trailing arm front bush set.
- PFR5-4610 rear subframe front mounting bush set.
- PFR5-4611 rear subframe rear mounting bush set.
Fitment and exclusions
For standard rear-wheel-drive non-M3 BMW E46 3 Series with the 66 mm original front wishbone rear bush housing. Not compatible with E46 M3 or Xi AWD models. Earlier cars with 60 mm bush housings require a different front bush specification. Check the size and factory suspension equipment before ordering. For a quicker front wishbone repair only, see our preassembled bush/bracket E46 range.
Fix worn rear suspension mounts
Ageing rear subframe and trailing arm bushes may contribute to clunks, imprecise tracking and variable wheel alignment. Inspect the rear axle carrier panel and its chassis mounting points for cracks or corrosion; replacing polyurethane bushes will not repair structural damage. A four-wheel alignment should be performed after installation.
