Pair of Powerflex caster-offset aluminium-outer front wishbone rear bushes for BMW E46 M3 and CSL. The PFF5-5601GM3 range adds approximately +0.5° caster versus the centred PFF5-5601M3 design, providing greater scope to optimise steering response on a fast-road or track-focused M3.
BMW E46 M3 fitment
- BMW E46 M3 and M3 CSL with original 60 mm rear front-wishbone bush bracket size.
- OE bush 31122229857, original brackets 31122229623 / 31122229624.
- For the thicker E46 M3 wishbone only. Do not fit to regular E46 3 Series models.
Compound variants
- PFF5-5601GM3: Road Series aluminium housing with low-friction polyurethane, offset for increased caster.
- PFF5-5601GM3BLK: higher-stiffness Black Series option aimed at demanding track and motorsport use.
Quantity supplied: two bushes, a complete front axle pair. Original compatible brackets are reused. Different damper, camber plate, wheel and tyre combinations may influence clearance and handling. Following fitting, obtain a professional alignment and check wheel/arch clearance through full steering and suspension travel.
Why choose offset bushes?

What is the difference from PFF5-5601M3? The GM3 part deliberately adds caster offset. The M3 version is centred.
Should I choose Black Series? Black Series prioritises geometry control and can increase noise, vibration and harshness. Road Series is more suitable where isolation is important.
